A 56-year-old Kansas City man was arrested May 16, 2012, and charged with two counts of attempted forcible rape, a count of forcible sodomy and kidnapping. At his preliminary hearing on May 17, a Jackson County Circuit Court judge set the man's bond at $150,000.
