Prior to becoming a sex crimes attorney, I worked as an intern with the Saint Louis Metropolitan Sex Crimes Unit. I gained invaluable experience in understanding the entire process state and federal law enforcement use in investigating sex crime cases.  I will use my prior experience to aggressively defend individuals accused of a sex crime.

I have worked for the other side, and I understand the different processes they utilize in obtaining evidence. I understand the evidence the detectives are going to gather, and it can be a long and stressful process for the accused.  While it is a necessary process, I will insure my clients rights are protected throughout the entire process.  While I cannot guarantee a certain result, I will work to help tell my clients side of the story. I will represent individuals who have been accused of the following sex crimes:

Protecting Your Reputation

Once you are charged with a sex offense, there is a social stigma against you. Even if you are found innocent or the charges are dismissed, people may judge you negatively. I will offer my clients legal counsel to try and prevent their case from going public by aggressively telling their side of the story before any charges are filed against them.  But, if charges are filed, I will aggresively defend their constitutional rights.
